Access Forex is a registered online remittance company. We bring Zimbabweans in the UK and South Africa close to home by providing a platform to send money to their relatives or friends back home.

Access Forex allows you to send money home from the UK and South Africa using your mobile device, laptop and through our registered agents. Your Money can be collected as mobile money USD cash, Rands or local currency cash Our Agents in Zimbabwe are registered Bureaux which means your recipient can choose to convert the USD into Rand or local currency at competitive rates.

How do I sign up?

You can visit any of our registered agents in South Africa or UK or you can simply register or download our mobile application on Google playstore or apple store.

Access Forex is committed to keeping you and your loved ones sensitive information secure. We have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect you from fraudulent transactions.

What do I need to transact?

If you are in the UK you can use either one of the following: 1. Drivers Licence 2.Valid Passport/ Resident Card plus a utility bill not more than 3 months old. If Registering from SA 1. Upload – Selfie, Zimbabwe Passport, SA ID, Asylum documents

Is there a limit on the amount I can transfer?

If you are transacting from South Africa there is a daily limit of R5000 and R25000 a month.

If you are transacting from the UK there is a minimum of 20pounds.

How long does it take to receive money via Access Forex?

Funds that you send will be ready for collection immediately after your recipient has received the confirmation code on their phone.

How do my family or friends get their money?

Step 1: Recipient receives confirmation code on their phone

Step 2: They visit their nearest Access Forex registered Agent with their ID or Passport

Can my family or friends collect their money in USD?

Yes, we guarantee USD cash collection at any one of our branches or registered agents

What information do I require before I can send money?

Before you can send money on our platform you need to be registered and it’s a very simple process. What do I need to register online from the UK? 1. Upload the following documents: 1. Currently Access Forex offers money transfers to Zimbabwe. There are plans to increase the number of countries so please keep checking for updates on our website.

Will our app and web channel be available 24/7 for transactions?

The mobile app and website channels will be available 24/7 for initiating transactions. Transactions that are done after hours will be processed at the start of the next business days.

Our customer call centre is open to Mon – Fri: 08:00-19:00 hrs

Saturday: 8am-2pm
